Spring 1997 PES-ICC - Hotel Info

Registration

The meeting will be held at the Doubletree Paradise Valley Resort. Please use the enclosed envelope to make your hotel reservation as soon as possible. You may also call (602) 947-5400 . The cut-off date for reservations is March 18, 1997. However, your deposit is fully refundable provided you cancel 72 hours before arrival. The ICC is committed to a minimum occupancy rate in order to receive the privilege of free meeting rooms. If possible, please use the official meeting hotel for your accommodations in order to help us fulfill the minimum occupancy requirements.

Directions

From Sky Harbor Airport: take the 44th Street exit east from the airport. 44th Street will turn north. Follow 44th Street north to Camelback Road. Turn right (east) on Camelback Road to Scottsdale Road. Turn left (north) and follow Scottsdale Road approximately I mile. The resort is on the right (east) side of the street.

Travel time-approximately 15 minutes.
