Chairman Nagu Srinivas reported the Subcommittee met Wednesday, April 23, 1996 with 60 members and guests present.
There was a presentation made during the subcommittee meeting. This presentation "VLF Diagnostic Testing Method and Costs Benefits Related to Diagnostic Testing", was presented by Torben Aabo (Consultant, KEMA). The article is found in appendix 12A of the printed minutes.
A presentation was also made at the 12-39 meeting on "Field and Laboratory Aging of Polymeric Distribution Cable Termination’s", by Dr. Ravi Gorur, this article can be found in appendix 12B of the printed minutes.
Two presentations were given at the 12-36 meeting. These presentations were: "Non - Dioxin Forming Compounds" by Jim Pickering (Millennium) and "Cone Calorimeter Testing of Flame Retardant Polyolefins" by David L. Edenburn (Albemarle Corporation). These can be found in appendix 12C & 12D of the printed minutes.
