ICC Survey 9901

Chairman Rick Hartlein needs your feedback on the proposed location of the Fall 2001 meeting. He's prepared this survey to ensure that we take advantage of the experience of the group and give due consideration to its wishes.

Gentlemen:

Before I make a decision to lock in the Fall 2001 meeting location, I would like your input. My plan is for us to meet at the Hilton Hotel in Clearwater, FL. The room rate is $xxx  plus tax. To get there you fly into Tampa, then drive to Clearwater. The drive is 30 to 40 minutes. The hotel can meet our needs. The beach is very attractive and wide. There are shops and restaurants close by. I have never been there but if any of you have, please let me know. It is a traditional style hotel. They are now renovating rooms and will be finished in 2000.

The rate for the Don CeSar for 2001 is $xxx plus tax. I am trying to do my best to keep the rate below $xxx so that is why I have negotiated a deal with the Hilton.

However, before I sigh on the dotted line, I would like for each of you to let me know your opinion. Please respond with your preference:

Hilton sounds good:

Prefer the Don CeSar:

Either is OK:

If you have other comments, let me know. Perhaps you've stayed at the Hilton or attended meetings there. Any feedback would be appreciated?
