PES-ICC Open Forum, Spring 1992

The Spring 1992 Open Forum meeting was held on April 28, 1992, from 2:30 to 4:30 pm.

The list of the recorded attendance at the Open Forum and the General Meeting is provided as Appendices I-A and I-A-1 of the printed minutes.

The following technical presentations were made:

• "Conceptual Study of Deep Sea High Voltage DC Submarine Cables" by A. Herbreteau, H. Thevenon - Alcatel Cable, M.Gailly, M. Pays, B. Riot Electricite de France.
• "Power, Control and Communication Cable Select,ion Criteria for Transmission and Distribution Facilities" by G. Spisak, W. Wilkens - Anixter Bros., Inc.
