PES-ICC Spring 1997 - Open Forum

On April 22nd, immediately after the business meeting, Mr. Hartlein opened the Open Forum which consisted of two paper presentations:

1. Research and Development of ± 250 kV DC XLPE Cables - Mr. Kazuki Terashima and Mr. Hiroshi Suzuki - Presented by Mr. Kasuo Wantanabe.
2. Evaluation of Service Aged 35 kV TR-XLPE URD Cables - Mr. Carlos Katz and Mr. Michael Walker - Presented by Mr. Mike Walker.

These papers will be published in the IEEE PES Power Delivery Transactions so they are not included in these minutes.
