It is with sadness that we share the news of the passing of former ICC regular Bruce Bernstein on Sunday, November 29.
Bruce was long time member of the IEEE Dielectric and Electrical Insulation Society, the Power Engineering Society, the IEEE Insulated Conductors Committee (ICC). He also served as the U.S. representative to the CIGRE Study Committee for “Materials for Electrotechnology.” Bruce was the 2009 recipient of the ICC’s Dr. George H. Bahder Memorial Award.
