It is with great sadness that we share the news of passing of Teruo “Ted” Nishioka on July 10, 2022 at the age of 76. Ted was a long time ICC attendee.  He served as Chair of Subcommittee C in addition to his other leadership roles in ICC.  Ted also actively involved in AEIC.  Ted was not only technically knowledgeable, but also passionate about mentoring others. He was always very friendly and personable.  He will be greatly missed.
