We have received word that the ICC hotel Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa October has completely sold out.

The hotel has previously increased our room allotment but now the ICC has virtually booked the entire hotel.

We have arranged for two nearby overflow hotels at the ICC discounted rates listed below.  When making reservations, please pay careful attention to the reservation and cancelation policies as they are different from the ICC hotel.

As previously requested, if you have made reservations at the ICC hotel and later find that you cannot attend, before canceling your ICC hotel reservation, please email Jennifer Quandel at JQuandel@hpnglobal.com so that your reservation can be exchanged for another ICC attendee who is on the ICC hotel wait list.
