We are going to a new registration system for the fall meeting called CVent. Registration will open on September 22, 2025 at 8 AM EST. At that time, you will receive an email from Bill Taylor requesting you to register for the ICC conference. There will be a link in the email. When you click the link to register, it will take you into the CVent registration system and populate most of your information, as it has been imported into CVent. There will be some questions to answer, which will determine which registration option you get. After entering your information, then choose next at the bottom and go to the next section.

Here you can choose your options, such as table top, lunches, etc. Also, all of the meeting sessions have been input into this section as optional choices. For each of the time slots when there are multiple meetings at the same time, they are grouped in a drop down arrangement so you can expand and choose one. If you wish to choose these, then they will be put into your own personal agenda, which you can access on your phone. This can be used instead of Guidebook for accessing the schedule.

After making your choices, choose next at the bottom and you will get a summary of your choices and the option to go back and make changes. If everything is okay, then you can pay and will get a confirmation email and a receipt. Keep the confirmation number and you can go back into your registration at any time to make changes, including your schedule if you choose to use that option.
