Parking and shipping information has now been added to the Fall 2025 ICC Meeting page.

ICC Hotel Parking Information:
Valet and self-serve parking is available. The Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa has an entrance checkpoint. If you have Omni reservations, the guard will have your name as a registered guest and will let you pass.

If you are not staying at the ICC hotel, tell the guard you are with the IEEE Insulated Conductors Committee and you will be allowed to pass but you must go to the hotel registration desk to pay for a parking pass and display it on your vehicle.

A list of registered ICC meeting attendees will also be provided at the checkpoint.

Shipping Information:
The hotel has a mailroom to receive and ship packages. Packages may be delivered to the hotel 48 hours prior to the date of the function.  Shipping hours are 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday.
