2019 IEEE PES Prize Paper Award Webinar

Passing of Ralph Samm

It is with sadness we share the passing of longtime ICC member Ralph Samm on Sunday, September 9, 2018.
Ralph was born in Baltimore, July 19, 1935.  Ralph started attending ICC in the 1970’s, and had been active until the last few years.  No services are scheduled by the family, per Ralph’s wishes.  Please remember Ralph’s []
