At the Fall 2008 Meeting the AdCom passed an official Guideline on the refund of pre-paid registration fees.
Registration fees are refundable only upon notification to the Registration Secretary (Bill Taylor wltaylor10@gmail.com) no later than the Thursday prior to the meeting. (Any other cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.) Refunds for payment by credit card will be made back to the credit card. Refunds for payments by all other forms will be made by ICC check, only, within 45 days of notification. No other refunds will be issued.
