An Invitation:
The Omni Amelia Island Resort is located on a barrier island north of Jacksonville Florida and overlooks the white sands of Fernandina Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. All guest rooms and suites have ocean balcony views.
The resort has the largest pool deck in northeastern Florida, a 36-hole championship golf course, kayaking, paddle-boarding, Segway tours and lots of other outdoor activities.
The resort include many dining venues including family-friendly pizza restaurants, signature buffets and prime steak and seafood eateries.
You are encouraged to reserve your room promptly and use the link available in the “Hotel Information” Section below to obtain the ICC discounted rate and avoid the resort fee. Please note, the hotel will close the reservation link prior to the meeting.

In addition to minimizing time at the registration desk so you can quickly start enjoying the meeting, there is a reduced cost for Advance Registration. Registration for the limited “Tabletop” exhibit space will also open on [TBA]. No early registration prior to the opening date will be permitted.

Registration
Advance online ICC meeting registration will open Monday,September 22nd, at 8 AM EST. and end on Friday, October 17 at 5 PM EST. After October 17, online registration will still be open, but at the on-site registration rate. (+$50)

In order to obtain the “advance registration” discounted registration cost, you must pre-pay using a credit card before Advance Registration closes. Otherwise, you will pay the onsite registration cost.
We encourage you to register on-line even if you do not plan to pay with a credit card. The option to register and mail a check or to pay on-site with cash or check is also available with on-line registration.
Online meeting registration can be used by everyone, both members and guests, and will speed registration for everyone. Pre-registration will save you time and hassle when you arrive, as your name tag will be ready and waiting for you.
Effective with the Fall 2018 Meeting, advance payment will be required to get the advance registration rate. Advance payment can be made by Credit Card through the registration system, or by mailing a check to the Membership Secretary.
For those that cannot register online for any reason, an offline registration form will be posted.

Mini-Expo
.This meeting includes a Mini-Expo for vendors to have tabletop displays of their equipment and services related to the scope of the ICC. You can sign up for a tabletop display using the meeting Registration form. A list of exhibitors can be found here.

Shipping Information
For vendors who have registered for a tabletop and shipping packages to the hotel, shipping and handling information can be found here. Please be sure to fill out the label and attach it to the outside of each package.
All of the tabletops located in the breakroom have been sold. If you would like one that is just outside the breakroom, please contact Bill Taylor at wltaylor10@gmail.com, as the hotel says they can accommodate a few more tables just outside the the break room. He will send you information about the location and if you want to buy one, will arrange with CVent to allow you to order and pay for one.
New Member Orientation
First Meeting? Want to know more about the ICC? Please attend the Orientation Session on Sunday afternoon. There are many different sessions at ICC meetings and they cover a multitude of subjects related to insulated conductors. For the Fall 2025 meeting, there is a choice of staying at the ICC Omni Amelia Island Hotel & Spa (main ICC hotel location) or at the adjacent Omni Sandcastle Villas where we have arranged for a limited number of one-bedroom villas.

Advance Hotel reservations open on July 8 (Tuesday) and will close on October 6 (Monday) at 5:00 EST).
It is strongly recommended that you make your reservations as soon as possible to avoid having to stay at an overflow hotel. Early reservations will also enable the hotel to potentially add additional ICC-discounted rooms beyond our committed room block.
ICC Hotel Parking Information:
Valet and self-serve parking is available. The Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa has an entrance checkpoint. If you have Omni reservations, the guard will have your name as a registered guest and will let you pass. If you are not staying at the ICC hotel, tell the guard you are with the IEEE Insulated Conductors Committee and you will be allowed to pass but you must go to the hotel registration desk to pay for a parking pass and display it on your vehicle. A list of registered ICC meeting attendees will also be provided at the checkpoint.

Thinking about staying at a different hotel? Here are some points to consider:
- The ICC invests a great deal of time and effort in negotiating competitive rates at attractive venues that are large enough to accommodate our ever-growing ICC attendance.
- Using historical ICC attendance data, we contract for a minimum number of rooms nights which provides leverage when negotiating discounted room rates, event spaces, and food and beverage costs. When our minimum room commitment is not met, the ICC can incur significant financial penalties.
- Staying at the Fall 2025 ICC hotel under the room block includes a waived (normally $40/night) resort fee and discounted parking. Other hotels, particularly on the Florida beaches, typically have similar resort fees for pool and beach access.
- If you decide to stay elsewhere, other chain-type hotels are accessible by a 2-lane road and approximately 15-20 minutes away and you will have to pay for parking at the ICC hotel if you drive a personal or rental vehicle.

Spouse Activities
If your spouse, companion, or guest would like to attend the daily breakfasts from 8:00 – 9:30 AM, please register them by selecting “Companion Registration” during the registration process. The cost is $100.00 and includes the Sunday reception and breakfast on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
A dedicated room will be available for breakfast, meetings and activities for the duration of the ICC meeting.
