An Invitation:

After two years of not having in-person meetings, we are welcoming you back and looking forward to your attendance at the IEEE Power & Energy Society’s Insulated Conductors Committee (ICC) meeting in Anaheim, California at the Hilton Anaheim.  Anaheim is a fun area close to several dinning and tourist attractions. The Hilton Anaheim is located about one mile (1.6 km) from Disneyland and within walking distance to other fun and interesting attractions (see below).

You are encouraged to reserve your room promptly and use the link available in the “Hotel Information” Section below to obtain a discounted rate and avoid the resort fee.  Please note, the hotel will close the reservation link prior to the meeting.

Advance registration for the Spring 2022 meeting will open on Monday, 28-March-2022 and will close on Friday, 22-April-2022.  In addition to minimizing time at the registration desk so you can quickly start enjoying the meeting, there is a much lower cost for Advance Registration. Registration for the limited “Table Top” exhibit space will also open on 28-March-2022.  No early registration prior to 28-March-2022 will be permitted.

Points of interest near the meeting hotel include Disneyland, Fountains at the Hilton, Pixar Pier, Web Slingers – A Spider-Man Adventure, Downtown Disney, Flightdeck Flight Simulation Center, and many other theme parks and shops.  The sunny Newport Beach is about 25 minutes away by car.

A printable invitation is linked here for those who might need it for management, a travel visa or other purposes.
