Guidelines for Presentation Material
Published in PES – ICC Minutes 0.4 CEUs will be offered for this session. You must register in order to receive CEUs. Effectively July 19, 2012 IEEE began awarding 'IEEE CEUs' under the standards set by the IEEE Educational Activities Board, and has withdrawn from the CEU program managed by IACET (the International Association of Continuing Education and Training). IEEE Continuing Education Programs are peer-reviewed by content experts. This peer review guarantees both quality of the technical content of learning materials, as well as adherence to IEEE’s strict criteria for educational excellence. All programs that pass this strict process are entitled to award IEEE Continuing Education Units (CEUs), recognized as the standard of excellence for continuing education programs in IEEE’s fields of interest. (Please note, in order to receive these credits towards a Florida PE License, you MUST provide Thomas Arnold with your FL PE License number prior to the session.) |

sent out to all previous attendees that on-line registration is open.
We encourage you to register on-line even if you do not plan to pay with a
credit card. The option to register and mail a check or to pay on-site with
cash or check is also available with on-line registration. In addition to online advance registration, simultaneous download of the Spring 2012 ICC Meeting minutes will also be available. |
| Historical ICC Minutes | Historical ICC Meeting Minutes DVD – ICC Historical minutes continue to be available for sale on a DVD, containing the ICC Meeting Minutes from the very first meeting in 1947 through Fall 2010. All of the minutes contained on this DVD are in Adobe Acrobat PDF format and are searchable either from within Acrobat Reader or using the Windows search engine. The DVD is available for purchase during registration, on-site at any meeting, and at any time between meetings. |
| Mini-Expo | The Fall meeting will feature a Mini-Expo for vendors to make table top displays of equipment and services related to the scope of the ICC. You can sign up for a table top display using the meeting Registration form. A list of exhibitors can be found here. Guidelines on displays can be found here. |
| New Member Orientation | First Meeting? Want to know more about the ICC? Please attend the Orientation Session on Sunday afternoon. There are many different sessions at ICC meetings and they cover a multitude of subjects related to insulated conductors. Information presented at Orientation will help you find the sessions that are of most interest to you. |

Please mention the “Insulated Conductors Committee” and “Booking Number 11614” to get the standard room rate. A group reservations form is posted on the ICC website here. Reservations can be made by phone, fax or e-mail. Please follow the instruction on the form to book your room. No resort fee will be charged. These rates will be offered three days prior and three days after the meeting dates, based on availability, or until the designated cut-off date. The rate includes in-room coffee, wireless internet access in guest rooms and common areas, use of fitness center and tennis courts, daily newspaper, in-room safe, self parking, and local and toll-free telephone calls, domestic faxes and use of the business center, beach cabana, miniature golf, and paddleboats. The Closing date for the room block is October 24! |

Spouse/Guest Breakfast – As always, if your spouse or guest would like to be included in the daily breakfasts from 8:00 – 9:30 AM, please be sure to register them by selecting “Companion Registration” during the registration process. (The cost is $50 and includes breakfast on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.) |

The ICC is a frequent visitor to St. Petersburg, so
many of you know your way around town. For those who may have
never joined us at this location, local information is provided by the cities of St. Petersburg and
Clearwater. A taxi from the airport is approximately $63 one-way. SuperShuttle from the airport is $25 per person, one-way. |
