As usual, there is a active and interesting program for spouses.

Other meeting tips are shown below.
If this is your first meeting or you want to learn more about the ICC, please attend the Orientation Session on Sunday afternoon. Their are many different sessions at ICC meetings which cover a multitude of subjects related to insulated conductors. Information presented at Orientation will help you find the sessions which are of interest to you.
If you are a working group or subcommittee chair or vice chair, please plan to attend the All Chairs meeting on Monday morning at 7:00 am.
All meeting attendees are encouraged to attend the Opening Session on Monday morning at 8:00 am. During this session you will learn about last minute changes and special activities which will take place during the meeting. You will also see your fellow ICC members receive awards for accomplishments made throughout the year.
On Wednesday afternoon, we will have Didactic and Educational Programs.
If there is sufficient interest, ICC will have a New Product Display. See attached details.
If you plan to make a presentation, please remember the following:
Make slides and overheads clear and concise. Less is almost always better! Use LARGE FONTS!
Check out the audio visual equipment in advance. Locate the microphone and the projector switches before you make your presentation.
Leave out commercialism. Company names and logos are allowed on the first slide only!
Visual aids can make or break a presentation and we want your presentation to be a success!
Thats all I can think of for now. If you have any questions or comments, please send me an email at r.hartlein@ieee.org. Dont forget to check out the ICC WEB page for the latest information on the spring meeting and other ICC related information. See you in Toronto.
Sincerely,
Rick Hartlein
